1. World Cup Mountain Bike DH Racing Returns for 2024
The world’s fastest bike racers are back between the tapes with the first two rounds of the DH taking place in Scotland and Poland. The enduro racers were also out in force at Finale Ligure and then joining the DH pack in Poland. New bikes, new teams & new tech all got unveiled to the masses.

2. Palace Skateboard X Brompton bicycles collab
Palace are back with another hot collab, this time with folding bike brand Brompton. Unlike the minimal Vans shoes collab that dropped recently, their C Line 2 Speed S Bar Bike has been decorated in a “glowstick yellow and disco silver” paint job, inspired by late-night rides. Across the bike, Palace branding pops up on features such as the saddle, the frame, and a laser-etched license plate. Check out more here
3. Jett Lawrence is AMA 450SX champ in debut season
20yo Aussie motocross phenom has claimed the premier AMA 450 supercross title in his first year of asking. Still having not lost a championship since the summer of 2021, it’s safe to say the kid is still rising.
4. Guerrilla billboard protest launched against Shell’s British Cycling sponsorship
In protest at one of the most prominent examples of greenwashing in sport in the form of Shell’s sponsorship of British Cycling, 200 billboards across the UK were taken over by the Brandalism collective ahead of Shell’s AGM. Good on ‘em.
5. Yeti looks to expand luggage and cookware with brand acquisitions
Kings of the outdoor drink-ware and ice cooler game, Yeti, casually dropped nearly $50M to grow their product lines within luggage and cookware, according to their recent Q1 report. Sales are up nearly 13% too.
